This use case demonstrates an association annual meeting that typically gets under 500 abstracts or posters. Presenters submit, reviewers review, and one person typically schedules each abstract into a speaking time slot. OpenWater can collect information and display it in an online gallery; it can also send that data to Guidebook Mobile App or integrate with Zoom. For larger conferences where multiple topics are grouped into sessions; we have a companion training use case that covers larger abstracts.
In our presentation we will take the American Society of Examples which is hosting a call for presentations and a call for posters.
Presentations should be regarding one of three topics: Cutting Cost, Improving Productivity, and those that really Shift Thinking for the industry.
In this use case we will show you the experience of submitters / presenters; reviewers, the admin who oversees everything, and finally the conference participants who may wish to browse materials.
The use case will walk you through both the experience, and then you can go and tweak the configuration in a hands on manner.
